    • Hi Kim, staples are any products and tools of your choosing that best suits your hair care plan. For example, for some they love Coconut oil as a sealant to seal moisture in the hair shaft, for some Knot Today makes a good conditioner leave in, so it’s a staple. :) hope that helps, let me know.
